The use of e-cigarettes, or “vaping,” among youth is a growing concern among parents, school administrators, and policymakers. In 2020, California passed a new law banning the sale of flavored tobacco products in an effort to reduce underage use, a growing concern across the country.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reports that electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are the most commonly used tobacco product among young people.
